Robot Telemetry
The automated collection, transmission, and measurement of data from robotic systems. Robot telemetry includes hardware metrics (CPU, memory, temperature, battery), sensor data, operational state, and performance indicators transmitted from devices to a central platform.
Why It Matters
Telemetry is the foundation of robot fleet management. Without real-time visibility into device health and performance, operators are flying blind. Effective telemetry must be lightweight enough to run on resource-constrained devices while comprehensive enough to diagnose issues remotely.
How Roboticks Implements It
Roboticks collects real-time telemetry including CPU, memory, disk, temperature, battery, and network statistics via the SDK. Hardware-aware dashboards aggregate fleet-wide data. Custom metrics extend standard telemetry with domain-specific signals.
