Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Roboticks.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Roboticks.io for personal or commercial robotics development purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
• Backing up your data and configurations

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Pay-as-you-go charges are billed monthly in arrears. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
